  • Lead the team and boosted the sales of all banquet-related products to meet the monthly sales target
  • Source, explore, and develop effective sales channels and platforms
  • Analyze market trends to maintain current business and develop potential opportunity
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in hotel, catering, or hospitality management
  • Minimum of 8 years relevant experience in a similar capacity
  • Good selling and negotiation skills with sound and proven record of business contacts
  • Excellent command of spoken & written English and Mandarin
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Director of Catering
