Responsibilities include ensuring system stability, leading technical projects, preparing RFP/RFQ documents, and managing transitions to business-as-usual operations. Candidates with infrastructure project management experience and certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or expertise in virtualization, AWS, containers, OpenShift, and Kubernetes will be highly regarded. Strong communication skills in English and Chinese are essential.Job Description
  • Maintain and ensure the stability, performance, and availability of IT infrastructure in alignment with service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Lead and execute end-to-end infrastructure projects, including requirement gathering, site readiness, progress tracking, UAT, deployment, and transition to business-as-usual (BAU) support.
  • Prepare technical documentation such as RFPs and RFQs to support procurement and vendor engagement processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to manage and support existing IT systems.
  • Take ownership of critical issues, ensuring timely resolution through proper escalation and follow-up.
  • Provide second-level support for server and network-related incidents.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and perform other duties as assigned by management.
The Successful Applicant
  • Diploma or above in Information Technology or related disciplines. Candidates with strong experience but lower academic qualifications will also be considered.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure. Candidates with less experience may be considered for a Senior Infrastructure Specialist role.
  • Solid hands-on experience with Windows Server, Linux, and Microsoft Azure is essential.
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies, AWS, containers, OpenShift, and Kubernetes is highly desirable.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, ITIL, Microsoft, or AWS are advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in both English and Chinese.
