Here's what you'll get to do:Master the art of selling the latest technology that's shaping the futureCultivate and maintain relationships with current and new channel sales partnersMaximize the potential of Cloud and AI products through creative sellingWhy You'll Love Working HereGet support from our Engineering, Marketing, and Product Development teamsWork closely with VPs, Directors, and other key players in Hong KongKeep learning about the latest Cloud and AI technologies with industry expertsYour Role:Lead partner business development, create go-to-market strategies, and drive revenue growth through partnershipsManage deal registrations, forecast accurately, and spot opportunities to win in different territoriesBuild high-level partnerships through regular executive interactions, strengthening existing accounts and creating new onesCoordinate with partners, vendor teams, and internal resources to execute plans and promote Cloud and AI solutionsWhat You Bring to the TableHigher Diploma or aboveA willingness to learn, with 2-5+ years of experience in business development or sales/marketingAbility to think strategically and execute tactically, with a drive to achieve great resultsExcellent communication skills, able to engage large audiences in person and virtuallyAbility to thrive in a dynamic environment, switching between strategic planning and hands-on work to promote Cloud and AI solutionsWith experience of VMware & HCI is preferableCandidates with more experience will be considered for Business Development ManagerYou'll Grow Into:Become an industry expert by working with Cloud and AI leaders, positioning yourself at the forefront of tech innovationDevelop the ability to work across departments, from Marketing to Product Development, both in-house and with partnersBecome a solution strategist, skilled at explaining complex data management solutions to real business challengesRefine your sales skills, understanding customer needs, overcoming objections, and closing high-value dealsBecome a relationship builder, maintaining strong connections across partners and vendors, enhancing your network and influence.All applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
