JOB SUMMARYReporting to Senior Director, Travel Retail Asia, this position will be responsible to drive and support travel retail activities and explore new market opportunity. To manage and develop sales growth and profitability of existing travel retail accounts. He / She will develop strategy for Travel Retail and manage buying calendar and related activities across the APAC region.RESPONSIBILITIESStrategic planning

Develop sales and profitability, manage Travel Retail partners

Formulate Travel Retail specific strategies via partnering with Retail Design, Visual Merchandizing, Training & Finance teamRefine and optimize processes, internal and external partnerships towards industry best-practice for Travel RetailPartner with marketing team to provide insight and support localized marketing programsMerchandizing / Assortment PlanningOrganize and plan for account needs to help influence marketPrepare account specific ad hoc analyses and supporting documentsManage timelines and communication between NY office and travel retail partnersReporting, Analytics and Financial PlanningPricing data management & optimize price strategy by marketSales data analysis and provide business insight, regularly review KPI & deliverables, and other ad-hoc analysis as neededEDUCATION & PRIOR EXPERIENCE

Degree holder in relevant disciplines
Minimum 8-10 years of experience, including 4-6 years in a management position, in the luxury/fashion/travel retail sector
Possesses account management experience
Excellent organizational skills and time management
Proactive, presentable, self-motivated, team player and problem solver
Able to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
Excellent data analysis skills and multi-tasking skills
Excellent command in English & Chinese, knowledge of other Asia languages is a plus
