Posting Date: 2025-09-023D-Gold Management Services LimitedSenior Purchasing ManagerHow You Will Do It:Develop and implement purchasing strategies for pearls, diamonds, gemstones and finished productsEstablish and maintain long-term, stable relationships with suppliers to ensure a reliable supply chainConduct regular supplier evaluations and audits to enhance purchasing efficiency and transparencyResponsible for supplier negotiations, contract management, and risk mitigationMonitor market price fluctuations and perform cost analysis and budget controlCollaborate closely with design, production, quality control, and sales teams to ensure product quality and delivery timelinesParticipate in international jewellery exhibitions to stay updated on industry trends and resourcesPrepare and submit regular purchasing reports and analysis to support management decision-makingWhat We Look for:Bachelor's degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related disciplinesMinimum 12 years of purchasing experience in the jewellery industry, including at least 4 years in managerial roleWell-versed in purchasing processes for finished products and raw materialsFamiliar with quality assessment standards and international certifications for pearls, diamonds, and gemstones (e.g. GIA)Solid understanding of international purchasing procedures and trade terms (e.g., Incoterms)Strong negotiation skills, supplier management capabilities, and cost control expertiseAble to work independently under pressure with a high sense of responsibilityProficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and MandarinWhat We Offer:Development opportunities5 day work weekBank HolidayBirthday Leave / Marriage Leave / Full Paid Sick LeaveDiscretional bonusMedical InsuranceStaff Discount
