Tasks & responsibilities

Handle all purchasing activities including PO follow up, price negotiation, quotation and order processing
Maintain and update the record of menu specifications in ERP and POS system
Support purchasing manager to plan & implement purchasing strategies and handle food and non food procurement request including sourcing, evaluating procurement costing and quality of supplier for better terms
Monitor stock level and replenishment status on a timely basis
Monitoring and evaluate vendor performance
Support business development project and event
Provide administrative and clerical work support

Qualifications & experience

Diploma Holder or above
Minimum 3 years' purchasing experience in Food & Beverage Industry. Experience in F&B supplier and equipment is advantage
Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
