Responsible for developing and maintaining the supply chain
Work closely with Operations and external parties to ensure smooth day-to-day operation
Obtain quotations and perform competitive prices comparison
Monitor suppliers’ performance to ensure high standard of products
Handle basic costing functions and ad hoc projects

Requirements:

A diploma holder or above in purchasing & supplies or related disciplines
4-5 years’ relevant experience preferably in Hotel Industry or Food & Beverage
Good command of both written and spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese
Independent, responsible and able to handle multi-tasks
A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in PC skills
Immediate available is preferred
