Purchasing Officer

• Responsible for all purchasing activities of the Hotel including sourcing, purchasing and deliveries of mainly the food & beverage items adhering to hotel policies and procedures
• Analyse market supply, trends and manage all key vendors professionally and effectively
• Conduct market survey, price comparison and supplier site inspection
• Maintain accurate records of food inventory levels, purchases and pricing information
• Perform any ad-hoc purchasing related duties as assigned

• Diploma or above in Logistics, Purchasing & Supply Chain, or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience, preferably in hospitality or F&B procurement
• Good knowledge about food and beverage product and market supplies
• Proficiency in procurement systems
• Experience in managing multiple suppliers and tendering processes
• Commitment to ethical business practices
• Good communication skills both internally with operational departments and external suppliers
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
