- Align HR policies, systems, structures, and workflows with strategic business objectives.
- Ensure all HR policies comply with local labor legislation and regulations.
- Continuously review and update HR policies to maintain relevance and competitiveness in the market.
- Lead periodic performance management cycles, including compensation and salary structure reviews to enhance competitiveness.
- Provide expert advice and consultation to management on key HR matters and challenges.
- Oversee HR management reporting and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Exercise full authorization on HR matters including hiring, termination, and performance evaluations.
- Manage employee relations by effectively handling conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures, and performance management.
- Coordinate and drive training and development initiatives to support employee growth and organizational capability.
- Oversee daily office operations, including management of office facilities, maintenance, and equipment.
- University graduate in Human Resource Management or related disciplines
- At least 5 years of related work experience in matrix reporting structure is preferred
- Excellent analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Strong sense of responsibility and commitment
- Good team player with excellent leadership and people management skills
- Deliver all-rounded HR services, including but not limited to payroll processing and MPF administration, taxation compliance and documentation, work visa application processing, etc.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for non-managerial positions, from job description development, selecting appropriate job posting channels, screening/shortlisting candidates, conducting/coordinating interviews, to preparing offers, contracts, onboarding, and induction for new hires
- Implement, update, and monitor HR policies, SOPs, and forms to maintain compliance with company practices and local legislation
- Plan, organize, and coordinate staff activities and engagement events
- Participate in HR projects, development programs, and ad hoc assignments
- Support office administration duties, including maintain office supply inventory and placing orders as required, support maintenance of office equipment, facilities, and vendor relationships, etc.
- University graduate in Human Resource Management or related disciplines
- At least 3 years of related work experience in matrix reporting structure is preferred
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to deal with colleagues at different levels
- Self-motivated and able to handle multi-tasks independently
