
Receptionist - Well-Established Bank

- Reception and administrative mixed position
- Banking/ financial services industry background highly preferred
- Greeting clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Managing incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate departments or taking messages
- Maintaining the reception area to ensure a tidy and organized environment
- Coordinating meeting room bookings and preparing rooms for client meetings including projector and equipment set up
- Handling mail distribution and courier services efficiently
- Assisting with maintaining stationery and business cards supplies
- Contacting with vendors on cleaning, security, facilities, procurement related matters
- Arranging access cards and maintain staff movement updates
- Providing administrative support when required
- 2-3 years of receptionist experience from financial services industry, ideally from banks
- Highly proficient in English and Chinese (Cantonese, Mandarin)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and arranging office/ AV equipment for conference set up
- A professional, proactive, customer-focused and detail-oriented approach
- Strong communication, multi-tasking and interpersonal skills
