  • Greeting Banking customer and visitors, handle phone calls
  • Provides support by handling correspondence, managing appointments, arranging conference and conference calls
  • Handle courier orders, incoming and outgoing documents
  • Documents and admin support
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Experience:
  • 5 subjects at Grade E/Level 2 or above in HKCEE/HKDSE including English, Chinese and Mathematics or above
  • Previous administrative experience in a client facing role preferred
  • Good spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Excellent command of MS Word and Excel
  • Customer-oriented, self-motivated & details-minded
