- Identify company training needs and manage all training activities for HK & Macau markets
- Oversee, formulate and execute effective training and development initiatives that are aligned with business strategies and organisational plans
- Develop and drive a learning culture and identify learning gaps of retail stall at different seniority levels
- Create annual training plan, budget, costs and monitor effectiveness and performance periodically
- Prepare training materials and conduct classroom and in-store training on product knowledge, selling techniques and clienteling to drive best practice in customer journey & experience
- Work closely with HQ Training team and localise the tone and language
- Store visit to observe customer purchase behaviour and interact with SA and clients
- Prepare report and regular training process update for management review
- Bachelor degree holder in any disciplines
- 5+ years' experience in training and development, preferably with Luxury Watch experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with influencing and persuasive approach
- Strong interpersonal skills with positive attitude
- A team player and able to work independently
- Highly fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Proficiency in MS Office
