- To formulate strategy in acquiring data, utilizing and turning data into business result
- To drive data innovation and commercialization of data technologies and applications in group's companies
- To drive the team in the development of MVPs with latest data technologies and commercialize inside the company
- To drive the team in the development of data products, acquire IP / award and gain public exposure as well as building network and partnership with the industry
- To build the Analytics Community inside the company and equip the core Analytics Team members with advanced analytics skillsets
- 8-10 years of solid work experience in consultative role covering more than at least 3 different industry domains, with experience in both in-house and vendor side is a plus
- Experience in developing data product with latest data technologies required
- Proven track record of active participation in the data analytics community
- Experience of working with a wide range of data sets, including transactional, behavioural, web and research data, and using them to meet business needs
- Extensive experience in advanced analytics such as customer segmentation (eg: clustering, decision tree, etc), predictive modelling, association analysis, tie series analysis, etc
- Strong business and marketing acumen; demonstrated ability to develop analytic approaches to solve critical business problems
- Common web analytics tool, BI tools and data-mining tools
- Common digital marketing tools
