This role is based in their Hong Kong APAC region office and involves managing HRIS migration and talent management to align with business goals.客户简介My client operates within the insurance sector under an Europe leading financial services and on its own is a medium-sized organization known for its strong industry presence. They offer a structured environment to foster professional growth and deliver high-quality services to their team.工作内容As an HR Consultant, your main responsibilities will include:
  • Support new HRIS deployments, ensuring project deliverables align with regional timelines and strategic goals.
  • Drive data migration, validation, training, communications, and system testing in partnership with cross-border teams.
  • Act as primary liaison to IT and country HR units, troubleshooting integration issues and promoting seamless adoption.
  • Champion talent and culture programs-from concept and planning through promotion and execution across regions.
  • Support ongoing and ad-hoc HR initiatives, including employee experience projects, learning interventions, and mobility schemes.
  • Oversee end-to-end project coordination, managing unexpected tasks to ensure successful HRIS and talent deliverable completion.

  • Bachelor degree with 10 + years of HR experience, including hands-on HR project leadership and analytics; exposure to HRIS deployments and talent initiatives is a plus.
  • Excellent fluency in English and Mandarin/ Cantonese.
  • Advanced user of PowerPoint, Excel, and HRIS platforms.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities in a high-velocity environment.
  • Energetic, adaptable, and creative in idea generation.
  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a solutions mindset.
  • Exceptional at stakeholder engagement, client-focused, and analytically driven.
  • Collaborative team player with outstanding organizational abilities
