- Support new HRIS deployments, ensuring project deliverables align with regional timelines and strategic goals.
- Drive data migration, validation, training, communications, and system testing in partnership with cross-border teams.
- Act as primary liaison to IT and country HR units, troubleshooting integration issues and promoting seamless adoption.
- Champion talent and culture programs-from concept and planning through promotion and execution across regions.
- Support ongoing and ad-hoc HR initiatives, including employee experience projects, learning interventions, and mobility schemes.
- Oversee end-to-end project coordination, managing unexpected tasks to ensure successful HRIS and talent deliverable completion.
- Bachelor degree with 10 + years of HR experience, including hands-on HR project leadership and analytics; exposure to HRIS deployments and talent initiatives is a plus.
- Excellent fluency in English and Mandarin/ Cantonese.
- Advanced user of PowerPoint, Excel, and HRIS platforms.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities in a high-velocity environment.
- Energetic, adaptable, and creative in idea generation.
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a solutions mindset.
- Exceptional at stakeholder engagement, client-focused, and analytically driven.
