- Designing and implementing compensation strategies, including salary structures, bonuses, and incentive programs.
- Conducting salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitiveness.
- Managing the annual salary review process.
- Ensuring internal equity in compensation practices.
- Managing the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Evaluating and recommending changes to benefit plans based on employee needs and market trends.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to benefits.
- Overseeing the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
- Managing payroll-related data and records.
- Implementing, managing and optimising the HR Information System (HRIS).
- Ensuring data integrity and accuracy within the HRIS.
- Driving HRIS implementation and enhancement projects.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Staying up-to-date on legislative changes and implementing necessary adjustments to policies and practices.
- Analysing compensation and benefits data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Preparing reports and presentations for management.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in C&B, preferably with experience working in a start-up or tech-related industry.
- Strong knowledge of C&B principles, practices, and legislation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in implementing HRIS or other systems
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems.
- Experience in managing a team is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders and build relationships across the organisation.
