ResponsibilitiesCompensation:
  • Designing and implementing compensation strategies, including salary structures, bonuses, and incentive programs.
  • Conducting salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitiveness.
  • Managing the annual salary review process.
  • Ensuring internal equity in compensation practices.
Benefits
  • Managing the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Evaluating and recommending changes to benefit plans based on employee needs and market trends.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to benefits.
Payroll
  • Overseeing the payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
  • Managing payroll-related data and records.
Hris
  • Implementing, managing and optimising the HR Information System (HRIS).
  • Ensuring data integrity and accuracy within the HRIS.
  • Driving HRIS implementation and enhancement projects.
Compliance
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Staying up-to-date on legislative changes and implementing necessary adjustments to policies and practices.
Analytics
  • Analysing compensation and benefits data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Preparing reports and presentations for management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6+ years of experience in C&B, preferably with experience working in a start-up or tech-related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of C&B principles, practices, and legislation.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience in implementing HRIS or other systems
  • Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems.
  • Experience in managing a team is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders and build relationships across the organisation.
