- Execute, monitor, and review the Group’s talent strategy with a focus on talent management, culture and engagement
- Manage and review talent programs (such as emerging talent, internship, etc.) to address business needs and establish a healthy talent pipeline
- Develop and implement high-impact initiatives to improve overall employee engagement and wellness level
- Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent management and employee engagement
- Analyze related data and provide insights that support management in making effective decisions
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather feedback and input for continuous improvement
- Support holistic day-to-day management, including the planning of resource, budget, project and communication. Monitor fiscal control, report any identified deviations, and recommend corrective measures where necessary
- Support other regular business-as-usual and ad-hoc projects as required
- Coach and support the professional development of the team to enhance their knowledge and skills in their respective specialist areas
- With at least 8 years of experience in talent management and staff engagement aspects
- Solid stakeholder management and project management skills with strong experience in designing and delivering high-impact programs
- Knowledge of market trends, best practices, and innovative programs/initiatives
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and self-driven
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Tech-savvy, proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing
