Key Accountabilities:

Execute the planned capital or maintenance projects
Monitor and supervise outside contractors’ work
Provide technical input for all projects work within our property
Coordinate the operation of the Engineering Department
Prepare monthly reports, charts and data
Liaise with internal users for hotel operations and execution of all kinds of repair & maintenance works

General Requirements:

Holds a diploma or certificate in Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Good command in Cantonese and English is required
A minimum of five years of engineering experience, two of which were in a supervisory role
Strong communication skills, good leadership, self motivated & problem solving skill
Good computer proficiency in MS Office
