Manage conduct/compliance risk, investigate incidents, implement preventive measures, and provide reinforcement on conduct/compliance risk issues, and acting as central point contact for risk and control assessment and communication, thereby forming the line 1.5 of defence.What you will be doing:Monitoring on sample review on results of investment / insurance transactions related to irregularities & non-compliance issue(s) and enable branches to strictly follow standard procedures and controls as stipulated in the Bank’s internal guidelines and procedures and regulatory requirements.Review sample checking reports and statistical analyses on investment and insurance transactionsArrange and monitor Mystery Shopping Programme on investment and insurance sales process, account opening processProvide reinforcement briefing related major observations on investment and insurance sample checking review, mystery shopping programme and any other regulatory updates to frontline sales staffFollow up and conduct investigation of conduct/non-compliance incident as neededImplement preventive measures to minimize potential conduct/compliance risk issuesOversee business compliance and regulatory mattersProvide support to the teamWhat we are looking for:University degree in related disciplinesAt least 3 - 5 years experience in banking industryKnowledge in investment product or equip with frontline experience will be a plusGood interpersonal skills, detail-oriented and independentProficiency in both written and spoken English and ChineseProficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPointProficient in Chinese typing will be a plusStrong analytical, data analysisPossess qualification of ECF in Core Compliance would be an advantage#LI-SL1What we offer:Competitive base salary.
