  • Lead and grow B2B sales channels across hospitality, corporate, and institutional clients
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and market share in the tea/ coffee category
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts and partners
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor offerings for B2B clients
  • Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
Profile
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in the beverage, FMCG, or hospitality sectors
  • Passion for tea and a deep understanding of the beverage landscape
  • Experience working with hotels, airline or corporate procurement teams
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution
  • Experience in a listed company or fast-paced commercial environment is a plus
