- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and market share in the tea/ coffee category
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts and partners
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor offerings for B2B clients
- Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
- Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in the beverage, FMCG, or hospitality sectors
- Passion for tea and a deep understanding of the beverage landscape
- Experience working with hotels, airline or corporate procurement teams
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution
- Experience in a listed company or fast-paced commercial environment is a plus
