Organize the busy schedule of our Executive Assistant Manager – Food and Beverage and support his/her projects and activities
Provide administrative support to our Food and Beverage Team
Act as the point of contact among executives, clients and other external partners
Responsible for calendar management, making travel and meeting arrangements

Are you vibrant with?

Minimum 3 years solid secretarial experience with proven track record in serving senior executives
Fabulous communications and interpersonal skills
Good with details, well organised, able to work cheerfully under pressure
