Our client is a Hong Kong-based provider of advanced scientific instrument solutions, specializing in surface analysis and vacuum technologiesResponsibilities
  • Handle daily accounting operations including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, bank reconciliation, and document filing
  • Provide support for general administrative tasks
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Form 7 / DSE or above with LCCI Higher Certificate
  • Minimum 3-4 years of relevant accounting experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Good command of both English and Chinese
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, with strong communication skills and a high sense of responsibility
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Experience with Flex Accounts is an advantage
  • Knowledge of handling full set of accounts is preferred
