
Accounts and Admin Officer

- Handle daily accounting operations including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, bank reconciliation, and document filing
- Provide support for general administrative tasks
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Form 7 / DSE or above with LCCI Higher Certificate
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant accounting experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Good command of both English and Chinese
- Self-motivated, well-organized, with strong communication skills and a high sense of responsibility
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience with Flex Accounts is an advantage
- Knowledge of handling full set of accounts is preferred
