We care about the professional growth of our people.Job DescriptionMain ResponsibilitiesHandle full set of accounts including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable and month-end closing, etc;Perform general accounting duties including data entries, document sorting, daily reconciliation, filing, and safekeeping of document files;Prepare cheque payments and related work;Follow up with client for A&R payment and project update from time to timePrepare and follow up the invoices and receipts, including debit notes to billing transactionsAssist in any ad-hoc projects assigned.Handle project margin analysis report and salesmen’s commissionEnsure compliance to Company’s policies and internal control requirementsyear-end audit and other ad hoc projects as requiredRequirementsDiploma in Accounting/ related accounting qualification is preferredMinimum 5 years’ accounting experience, audit experience is an advantageProficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, knowledgeWell experience in Sage 50/ Peachtree software/Quick bookHardworking, honest , meet deadlineWe offer five-day work, comfortable good working environment, attractive salary, annual holiday.
