Job Duties:1. Client services & client account managementManager end-to-end on-boarding process for all clients, such as corporate/institution/PI clients.Handle the signing of client agreements, ensuring compliance and accuracy throughout the signing process.Work closely with Operation team and Funding team in assisting the client on-boarding, PI, fund in/out, SI/physical stocks deposit and withdrawal, refund, etc. in compliant with relevant rules and regulations.Provide relevant product updates to clients and develop cross-selling opportunities complementary to other business lines.Addresses client inquiries promptly and professionally, delivering extraordinary service across all channels (in-person, email, etc.).Maintains accurate and up-to-date client records. Classifies clients into defined segments and monitors account activity to support analysis and regular reporting.Coordinate demands from internal and external channels. Collaborate with different departments, such as trading, compliance and risk control, and settlement in addressing client requests.2. Regulatory & Market ComplianceEnsure all client issues and requests are managed within the company’s compliance.Work closely with team leaders and managers to strengthen and maintain operational controls.Recommendations and implement enhancements to improve effectiveness and efficiency of services and systems.3. Participate in ad hoc assignments or testing jobs as required.Requirements:Degree holder / Higher Diploma or abovePreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:Minimum 1-3 years of experience in client service or sales support required; Prior experience within brokerage firm or wealth management is highly preferred, title would adjust based on the relevant experience.Representative License under SFC for Type 1 and 2 regulated activities is a plus.A good team player with creative and innovative team player with ability to relate well to client counterparts and develop good working relationships with these individuals.Ability to manage and coordinate multiple streams of work simultaneously and effectively resolve issues and conflicts to ensure timely delivery.Having the ability to delegate effectively and pay attention to detail while maintaining a high level of productivity.Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.Proficiency in MS Office, English & Chinese Word Processing.All applications applied through our system will be delivered directly to the advertiser and privacy of personal data of the applicant will be ensured with security.
