The incumbent is responsible for supervising the quality of construction work on site and monitoring the site progress and site safety in compliance with contractual and statutory requirements.Requirements:Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building or Building Studies or equivalent; andAttained the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in HKDSE or Grade "E" in HKCEE in Chinese Language and English Language, or equivalent; andAt least ten (10) years’ site experience including six (6) years post-qualification experience in the capacity of Clerk of Works.Attendance of the following safety training is an advantage:Occupation Safety and Health Management Course;Basic Accident Prevention Course;Construction Industry Safety Card Course (Green Card); andCertified Worker Training Course for Confined Spaces.Interested parties please send full resume stating your current and expected salary with contact number via click "Apply Now" below.For more information about our company, please visit our website at http://www.socam.com/Personal data provided by applicants will be used strictly in accordance with our Company's personal data policies, a copy of which is available upon request.
