
Sports Recovery Officer

- Provide recovery services for scholarship athletes and to provide overseas on-field support;
- Conduct the injury prevention and rehabilitation program;
- Liaise with coaches and other technical support professionals on elite athletes recovery process;
- Conduct research projects and educational programs for elite athletes and coaches, and
- Perform any other appropriate duties as assigned by senior staff.
- A professional diploma or a university degree in sports therapy, sports medicine or a relevant discipline; or 8 years musculoskeletal recovery services experience for applicants without equivalent academic qualifications;
- A minimum of 2 years sports relevant working experience for the professional diploma holder, elite athletes services experience is a definite advantage;
- Able to work in irregular hours and work overseas;
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English. Ability to speak Cantonese and Putonghua is a definite advantage; and
- Awareness / knowledge of Child Protection in sport and equal opportunity issues in the context of Hong Kong are an added advantage.
