Assist in overseeing a portfolio of retail properties to maximize financial performance
Monitor the leasing portfolio and review asset positioning to maximize operational efficiency
Prepare periodic business plans, asset management reports to management for review
Conduct financial model analysis for leasing portfolio including budget consolidation
Analyze and prepare presentations based on financial information, industry data, economic statistics and research
Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Surveying or related disciplines
1-2 years' commercial real estate analysis / asset management experience with an emphasis on retail properties, preferably gained from real estate industry
Proficiency in consolidating accounts and well-versed in using Excel for financial modeling
Self-motivated, independent and good analytical skills
Strong interdepartmental communication and presentation skills to achieve financial KPIs
Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
Fresh graduate with intern experience will also be considered
