  • Provide technical advice and support to clients
  • Source repair and maintenance quotations from contractors
  • Supervise repairs and maintenance works in the property portfolio
  • Implement and monitor on-site construction, renovation and improvement projects
Requirements
  • Higher Diploma holder or above in building services engineering, surveying, or a related discipline
  • 2 years' relevant experience in property maintenance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Mature, responsible, and have lots of initiative
