We own and manage a Grade-A commercial building in the heart of Hong Kong.

Your Role As Technical Officer

You’ll report to the Building Services Engineering Manager and help ensure smooth operations, maintenance, and upgrades of our commercial assets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead repair, maintenance & fitting-out projects
Prepare/review tender documents
Manage contractors, suppliers & in-house technical team
Oversee procurement per company policy & regulations
Collaborate on tenant handovers with Building Services Team
Supervise & support in-house technicians

Qualifications

Degree in Building Surveying, Building Studies, or related fields
5+ years in building maintenance
Experience on landlord/property owner side is a plus
Familiar with commercial building operations
Proficient in Chinese & English; Mandarin is a bonus
