  • Assist in the preparation of a technical proposal, tender and quotation documents
  • Coordinate and manage regular and emergency repair and maintenance works (both Building Services and Builders) for the portfolios
  • Supervise and monitor the performance of Technicians
  • Liaise with vendors on the work schedule, follow up on the work completion, certification of work done and payment
  • Carry out ad hoc duties as directed by line managers
Requirements:
  • Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering / Building Surveying / Building Studies or related discipline
  • Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Certificate A0 or above is preferable
  • At least 3 years' working experience in Property, Facilities Management or project works
  • Proven track record for Grade A office building or luxury residential building is preferable
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command for both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Hand-on knowledge of PC applications skills in building services
  • Proactive and a good team player
  • Self-motivated and be able to work independently
