- Prepare and implement maintenance and repair projects.
- Supervise technicians and contractors to carry out daily maintenance and repair work.
- Support in tendering and monitoring the project progress and quality.
- Investigate and evaluate the causes of building defects and system breakdown.
- Attend IO/OC Meetings.
- Prepare quotations, tender documents, estimates and budgets for maintenance and repair work.
- Perform ad hoc duties and handle emergency work as necessary.
- Higher Diploma / Certificate or above in Building Services Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Building Surveying / Building Studies or equivalent.
- Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Certificate Grade A or above and Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate is required.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in property maintenance.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
- Proficiency in PC skills, including AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
