We work closely with healthcare professionals across hospitals, clinics, and rehabilitation centers to deliver innovative technologies that improve patient outcomes and clinical efficiency.Sales Representative / Sales Engineer / Sales ManagerWe are expanding our sales team and looking for motivated professionals to join us in promoting our medical technologies. The role level (Sales Representative, Sales Engineer, or Sales Manager) will be determined based on your experience and capabilities.This position will focus primarily on the medical sector, serving private clinics, public hospitals, and rehabilitation centers. You will be responsible for both technical engagement and relationship-building across a growing portfolio of cardiology and rehab devices.Key Responsibilities :For Sales Representative / Sales Engineer Roles :
  • Drive sales of cardiology and rehab products (e.g., ABPM, resting/stress ECG systems, CPET systems, and cardiac rehab technologies).
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and basic installations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals across clinics, hospitals, and rehab centers.
  • Gather market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitor insights.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to support customers and ensure satisfaction.
  • Prepare quotations, sales reports, and product proposals.
Additional Responsibilities for Sales Manager :
  • Lead and mentor junior sales staff.
  • Strategically manage key accounts and build long-term client partnerships.
  • Oversee tender processes and high-value negotiations.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant medical regulations and company policies.
Requirement :Education :
  • Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Nursing, or a related discipline.
Experience : * Sales Representative: 0–2 years (fresh graduates welcome).
  • Sales Engineer: 2–5 years in medical device sales (preferably cardiology or rehab).
  • Sales Manager: 5+ years in relevant medical device sales with leadership exposure.
Skills :
  • Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn medical technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus).
  • Familiarity with HA operations or tendering processes is a plus.
Preferred :
  • Experience in cardiology equipment sales or a clinical background (e.g., nurse, cardiac technician).
