  • Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth operation of iAM Smart mobile registration services, kiosks, and tablets.
  • Provide technical and administrative support for mobile counters and registration devices.
  • Monitor contractor performance and review submitted deliverables to ensure compliance and quality.
  • Conduct inspections and quality checks of mobile registration services and devices at designated counters.
  • Deliver on-site support and facilitate registration services for the public.
  • Perform routine checks on self-registration kiosks located across various districts.
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements.
  • Maintain documentation and training materials; deliver training sessions to contractor trainers.
  • Compile statistical reports and maintain project documentation.
  • Carry out other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirement Details:
  • Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of working experience in supporting kiosks, tablets and mobile devices
  • Solid experience in monitoring contractors
  • Have experience in conducting User Acceptance Test of software applications / apps
  • Have experience in configuration on mobile device such as biometrics, NFC and security settings, connection
  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
