With a rich heritage of exquisite craftsmanship and timeless elegance, they are dedicated to providing an unparalleled luxury experience to their discerning clientele.Job Objective:As the Retail Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the retail strategy for the brand in Hong Kong and Macau. You will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the performance of retail outlets, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and driving sales growth. This role demands a forward-thinking leader who can seamlessly integrate strategic initiatives with operational excellence to position our brand as a beacon of luxury in the market.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership:

Develop and articulate a comprehensive retail strategy aligned with the brand's vision and market trends.
Provide visionary leadership to the retail team, fostering a culture of excellence and commitment to brand values.

Operational Excellence:

Oversee the refinement of retail operations, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and maintaining the highest standards of excellence.
Monitor and analyse sales performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

Team Management & Empowerment:

Build and lead a high-performing retail team including back-office operation teams and store teams to execute the strategic vision with precision.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and individual growth.

Customer & Market Insight:

Uphold and enhance the brand's reputation for delivering an unparalleled luxury experience.
Implement customer-centric strategies to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
Utilize market insights to make informed decisions and adapt strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Retail Director or in a similar leadership role within the luxury retail sector.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
10+ years of experiences in luxury retail / watch & Jewelry industries.
Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
Demonstrated ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
Strategic thinker with strong business sense, willing to change.
Strong command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese is essential.
