We are launching a new nail & beauty magazine, theme salon, concept store for pets, PS Deli Cookies, private kitchen and licensed products and expanding business in Hong Kong.We are looking for creative person of high-calibre to join our GROUP.Responsibilities:

Provide daily IT related troubleshooting and supports to the users including hardware and software installation, maintenance and related issues
Provide professional and on-site (if needed) IT support to retail stores
Continuously review Retail IT support model to meet changing organizational needs
Responsible for IT routine administration and maintenance including network and security control, backup/restore, patch upgrade, system monitoring, health check, disaster recovery, etc
Coordinate with vendors on hardware and software purchase/maintenance, project implementation
Propose, configure, implement, test and support the IT related projects in compliance with company needs
Keep track of IT inventory, and recommendation for improvements
Perform any special duties/ projects as assigned by the management

Requirements:

Higher Diploma or above in Computer Studies or related discipline
Minimum 3 years working experience in Retail industry
Solid experience in PC, hardware, software setup, network support and troubleshooting
Good analytical, problem solving skills, Self-motivate and good team player
Stable, responsible, self-motivated and willing to work under pressure
