Maintain the health of plants and appearance of outdoor spaces by trimming trees and shrubs, mowing lawns, weeding gardens, and keeping walkway edges clean and neat
Monitor and care for plants, ensuring appropriate amount of water, nutrients, and fertilisers are applied to promote healthy growth
Identify and address potential plant health issues early to maintain vibrant and thriving green spaces
Keep outdoor areas clean and safe by removing debris, litter, and other hazards, while ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations
Enhance garden layouts by assessing and recommending replanting or improvement options
Accurately document and report all maintenance tasks and activities
Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors

To be successful for the role, you must have:

Completed secondary education or equivalent
A minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a similar role
Comfort with working outdoors
Good knowledge of regional plant life and the experience using appropriate pesticides to manage garden pests and plant diseases
An understanding of soil management, including the use of synthetic and natural fertilisers
The ability to operate and maintain a variety of garden tools and machinery while adhering to safety protocols
Conversational proficiency in English and Cantonese
