  • To assist the Senior Engineer / Technical Manager to carry out the maintenance and repair issues in different site and region
  • To comment and check the design from consultants and tenants
  • To supervise direct staffs and contractors on site and check quality of work
  • Coordination and counter check on preventive maintenance and repair schedules
  • Preparation of scope of work on maintenance and technical issues for management office’s procurement
  • Coordination with Project team for site handover and inspection
What we are looking for:
  • Holder of Bachelor Degree or above Building Surveying / Building Studies / Structural, Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or other related disciplines
  • Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Certificate Grade A or above is preferred
  • At least 10 years relevant experience in property maintenance
  • Having solid experience in operation and maintenance of various type of properties including residential, commercial, mall and industrial buildings
  • Good communication, interpersonal & negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point. Good writing skills in English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in spoken English & Cantonese
