  • Provide administrative and clerical support for Wellness Programme, Campus Wellness Tutor and Incusion Programme to enrich campus life and students’ total learning experience and responsible for feedback and assessment survey;
  • Assist Supervisor to organize student activities related student wellness and inclusion;
  • Provide advising services and giving guidance to students in need, student groups and student associations;
  • Provide supports for the student services for Special Education Needs (SEN), Non-local students (NLS) and Non-Chinese Speaking Local Students (NCSS);
  • Provide advising services for NLS Self Help Group;
  • Responsible for student survey and prepare reports for Management’s review; and
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by his/her supervisor.
Requirements
  • Possess a recognized bachelor’s degree or equivalent; with at least 3 years relevant experience in a student support and services setting or equivalent combination; preferably with experience working with diverse student populations (i.e. age, race / ethnicity, socioeconomic status, etc.) and in tertiary institutions;
  • Be experienced in developing, implementing and conducting workshops and programmes;
  • Have ability to maintain constructive relationships with internal and external stakes holders of the College;
  • Have excellent communication, organizational, time management and planning skills;
  • Have excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
  • Have proficiency in computer literacy including MS Office and Chinese Word processing; and
  • Have a strong sense of commitment to the young generation with high initiatives and team spirit;
