Hiring a Private ChefWe are looking for a dedicated Private Chef — he/she should love food and cooking to craft amazing Western/International and Chinese food for our family of four. Work in a warm, supportive environment in a house on Hong Kong Island where you can manage kitchen operations with minimal supervision, from designing varied menus to suit dietary needs and tastes, to sourcing the finest ingredients and preparing outstanding dishes. You must be able to pick up and follow new recepes, practicing until it’s perfect. If you thrive on creativity and dislike repetitive cooking, this is the perfect opportunity for you.Responsibilities:
  • Masterfully prepare Western/International and Chinese dishes.
  • Design diverse, seasonal menus tailored to family preferences.
  • Oversee end-to-end kitchen operations, ensuring top-notch cleanliness and ingredient quality.
  • Continuously explore and develop new recipes to elevate your culinary skills.
Requirements:
  • Deep knowledge of Western and Chinese cuisine, with prior, relevant experience.
  • Self-motivated with excellent planning and time management skills.
  • A genuine passion for cooking, deep sense of curiosity, desire to keep learning and improving.
  • High standards of hygiene and kitchen upkeep.
