- Presales activities including product presentations, whiteboard discussion and handle technical questions
- Provide thought leadership and act as technical architect on Cyber-security solutions
- Conduct channel partner workshop and assist marketing activities
- Supervise and conduct POCs to key customers
- Respond to RFIs & RFPs
- Learn new solutions and provide knowledge transfer to others
- Get certifications on assigned solutions to become subject matter expert
- Occasionally assist and supervise implementation services
- Mainly focusing on Network and Cyber-security solutions
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
- University Graduate / Higher Diploma holder in Computer Science or Information Technology, or relate discipline
- 3 years or above working experience of Network Security or with relevant experience of providing product development
- Willing to learn new technologies and strong problem-solving skill
- Strong team player, hardworking and eager to learn new technologies
- Strong presentation skills, interpersonal skills and communication skills, fluent in Chinese, with proficiency in English an advantage
