- Provide clerical and administrative support to management office
- Handle and maintain records, reports, files, correspondence and document
- Handle enquiries of tenant
- Liaise with various departments, contractors, tenants and relevant parties
- Perform other duties assigned by superiors
- Diploma holder in property management or related discipline
- 3-4 years' working experience with at least 1 year's experience in customer service
- Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Immediate available preferred
