Pay : HK$23,486 - HK$27,789 per monthUp to 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.Key Responsibilities: * To perform administrative and executive support for the Clinical Administration Division for the daily operation of the Clinical Departments and Planning Team in QEH.
- To liaise, coordinate and organize meetings, forums, boards and committees.
- To handle enquiries, liaise and communicate with related administrative and clinical departments.
- To carry out general clerical duties that includes filing, data entry, statistics and record keeping.
- To retrieve documents, compile statistics and data research.
- To compile reports, including procurement and budgeting reports for management review.
- To help with the use of various hospital systems for supplies ordering, repair & maintenance and duty input as assigned by supervisors.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
- F.5 / S.5 with
(b) 5 subjects in HKDSE attaining the level specified below:
(i) Level 2 in English Language & Chinese Language; AND
(ii) Level 2 in New Senior Secondary Subjects / “Attained” in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category) / Grade E in Other Language subjects.
AND diploma in a specialized function AND relevant experiencePreferred Attributes / Exposure: * Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
- Be responsible, self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Possess good knowledge in health care related and clerical experience in hospital information system, health care research and statistics.
- Proficiency in common computer software (e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese word processing).
