Job Description:A. AccountabilitiesSupports the Hong Kong accounting team in basic accounting tasksSupports AH China financial reportingSupport Senior Financial Controller/Accountant in preparation of internal control documentationFollows one dedicated project on AH China Transformation or process improvementB. Main ActivitiesUnder the guidance of the Senior Financial Controller the intern will perform one dedicated project regarding to AH China Transformation or process improvementAfter introduction period, the intern will prepare the monthly financial reporting & analysis of expenses by departmentSupport in daily accounting task of Hong Kong legal entitySupports in review and preparation of internal control documentationThe intern needs interact with AH legal entities in Germany and FranceC. OutputsThe following outputs are for the 3 legal entities (Mainland China and Hong Kong)preparation of basic accounting entriesMonthly financial report to AH China departmentsProject deliveries on Transformation or process improvementD. InputsEducation: Studies in Finance or Accounting.Experience: First experience with multinational OEM would be of advantageBasic Skills:theoretical understanding of IFRS, cost controlling, financial planning & analysisFull professional proficiency in English verbal and written knowledge of either German or French would be of advantage
