  • Drive project delivery proactively, balancing scope, schedule, interdependencies, budget and risks
  • Manage E2E delivery, coordinating between business stakeholders, 2LOD and technology teams to deliver E2E value to the business and drive adoption
  • Ensure awareness, involvement and support from key stakeholders by building strong project teams and maintaining robust communications on the project status throughout its lifecycle
  • Ensure risks and issues are identified, managed closely and remove project blockers from the team
  • Develop various project documentation to stakeholders (e.g. Project Plan, Status Report, Implementation checkpoints)
  • Participant in various governance forums, discuss, support and lead in presenting the key project progress, annual technology plan, risk, issues and escalations
  • Drive all stakeholders to deliver on time and to the required quality standards
  • Make key decisions to ensure the successful implementation of all initiatives and contribute to post implementation reviews to demonstrate success and progress of projects
RequirementsTo be successful you will need
  • Proven experience in project management within the banking financial or trust industry, with a focus on process re-engineering, regulatory projects or risk control related projects
  • Strong stakeholder management skills through effective communication, business case presentation and influencing
  • Proven problem-solving skills with ability to consider alternative and lateral solutions, with the ability to anticipate challenges
  • Ability to prioritize and work independently under pressure within a team environment
  • Ability to use strong judgmental skills to identify and resolve complex problems whilst adhering to timelines and quality of output
  • Fluency in Cantonese and English
