- PhD or Master’s degree or above in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Cosmetics Science, Biology, Chemistry, or equivalent discipline.
- Hand-on experiences in cell assay, bacterial assay, ELISA assay, histology or animal tests are required.
- Research experiences in skincare area, haircare products, dermatology or cosmetics science are highly preferred.
- Possess a can-do attitude, positive mind-set, team spirit and strong problem solving skills
- Research based position to participate in company’s innovative skincare projects, oral care projects and other biological science projects.
- Develop innovative formulation technology know-how of the company.
- Work closely with product development team in implementing research know-how to commercial products.
- Perform scientific literature search to support marketing activities.
- Manage experimental data, compile reports and presentation.
- Manage contract research projects with local Universities.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
