- PhD or Master’s degree or above in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Medical Sciences, Pharmacy, Medical Engineering, Chinese Medicines, or equivalent discipline.
- Pharmaceutical industry experiences in solid dosage forms are highly preferred.
- Strong interest in pharmaceutical formulation development.
- Possess a can-do attitude, positive mind-set, team spirit and strong problem solving skills
- Research based position to participate in company’s innovative pharmaceutical product projects and supplement development.
- Develop innovative formulation technology know-how of the company.
- Support product development team by troubleshoot technical issues.
- Manage experimental data, compile reports and presentation.
- Manage contract research projects with local Universities.
- Communicate with both internal and external parties in the development of pharmaceutical products.
