As an Marketing and Admissions Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating marketing videos, managing social media platforms, managing admissions assessment and enrollment logistics, communicating with parents as well as maintaining students’ records.Key Responsibilities:Create marketing videos and be responsible for the entire process from planning to recording to editing to publishingCollaborate with external design, marketing and PR partners to support the School's marketing goalsPlan and execute tri-weekly parent info sessionsDesign graphics, banners, and flyers for any marketing and internal needsRegularly capture and document student teaching and learning (e.g. field trips) and special school events through photography and/or filming and post on social media platformsSupport in publishing articles on media outletsDraft and run ads on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and other social media platformsMaintain the website to ensure all information is up-to-date and accurateDesign and purchase promotional merchandiseConduct admissions assessmentManage enrollment logisticsCommunicate with parents and answer their inquiriesUpdate students’ information and recordsProcess new applications and help verify that all required documents are complete and accurateProcess financial aid applicationsSchedule parent meetingsAttend all internal and external marketing and admissions eventsTranslate marketing and admissions materialsContact/convert leads and record them in the CRM systemReport on admissions status on a weekly basisHandle student affairs with Secondary students from ChinaSupport the Director of Marketing and Admissions on any admissions matters and marketing-related eventsExecute other ad-hoc tasks as requiredRequired QualificationsMinimum 3 years of relevant experience.
