Responsibilities:Coordinate housing arrangements and relocation support for expatriate staffManage enrollment and administration of club and golf membershipsOrganize internal and external correspondence, including delivery and distribution of parcelsGreet visitors, serve beverages, and handle incoming calls and inquiries professionallyEnsure timely replenishment of office supplies and materialsPerform various HR and office administrative tasksAssist with ad hoc tasks and projects assigned by supervisorsRequirements:Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplinesAt least 2 years’ relevant work experience in administrative workProficient in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and MandarinSelf-motivated, responsible, well-organized, detail-oriented and willing to learnA good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skillsImmediate available is highly preferredWe offer attractive remuneration package including double pay, 15-days annual leave, discretionary bonus & medical insurance to successful candidate.
