Assistant eCommerce Manager

• To assist in managing the e-commerce operations and business performance of the official stores
• Develop e-Commerce marketing and promotion calendar in line with brand marketing and online strategies
• To collaborate with internal & external teams (marketing, merchandising, logistic, designer, etc.) to ensure the website deliverables are made according to the requirements
• To provide weekly & monthly insights, trends and recommendations through data analysis to develop website optimization strategies to achieve sales target and increase the conversion
• Optimize the website content, user interface, customer journey, and the loyalty program

• Bachelor or above in eCommerce, Business, Information Technology, or related disciplines
• Familiar with Shopify, eCommerce operations & digital marketing
• Hands on experience with SEO, SEM & Meta Ads
• Experienced in project management is an advantage but not a must
• Preferences will be given to candidates with experience in fashion products or the US/SEA market
• Strong analytical skills, great problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills
• Data-driven, logical, self-motivated and organized
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese
