- Lead GenAI initiatives within the digitalization program.
- Oversee product development from ideation to deployment, aligning with business goals
- Identify opportunities and design scalable solutions.
- Conduct feasibility studies and translate business needs into technical specs.
- Develop and execute Proof of Concepts (POCs) for technology validation.
- Manage vendor relationships and collaborate with stakeholders for timely delivery.
- Create documentation for knowledge transfer.
- Stay updated on AI trends and assess their relevance to the organization.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in product management in a technology-driven innovative environment, preferably in a large-scale enterprise.
- Proven track record in develop and execute product from POC to implementation.
- Proven experience on driving innovative technology solutions, preferred but not limited to AI/ML technologies, blockchain etc.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technology concepts into business value.
- Project management expertise (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall) with a focus on delivering results under tight deadlines.
- Team management and problem-solving skills; self-motivated, creative, and with a proven track record in developing and driving firm-wide initiatives
- Strong interpersonal, communication, writing, and presentation skills
- Client-facing and management consulting experience is a big plus
- Immediately available is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field
